Hi, I’m Tess!

I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, specialising in Vinyasa. I help people feel calm, connected and strong - whether it’s through a morning energising flow or a mindful stretch to start the week.

I believe yoga is for everyone, no matter your experience level, and my classes focus on mindful movement and creating a welcoming, supportive space. Practicing yoga with a sea view brings an extra layer of calm, allowing you to connect with nature while you practice.
